School age recreational gymnastics program:

Recreational gymnastics focuses on teaching new physical and mental skills. Things like listening skills, following directions, patience, taking turns, balance, memorization, confidence, self-esteem, fine and gross motor skills, manners, and FUN are all part of class.

Gymnastics is a great way to keep your kids physically and mentally fit. Come experience the fun of gymnastics in your child's life at HHGC.

Olympic events for girls

In our girls' recreational gymnastics program your childs class will meet once a week for an hour to have fun and learn gymnastics drills and skills. During this time the skills taught include vault, bars, balance beam, floor and trampoline.

Prepare for competitive gymnastics

While not every child will have the desire to go on to compete in gymnastics, our trained staff and coaches are always on the look out to improve the skills of their students. Competitive gymnastics is available by invitation after participation in our recreational classes.

HHGC staff is certified with USA Gymnastics. They are safety certified, background checked, and have completed countless hours of training and instruction in their various fields.
